Dr. Shaun Passley has over 20 years of experience in the software industry and more than ten years of experience running public companies. Dr. Passley has been the President of various companies and the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Epazz, Inc., and Zenatech, Inc. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Finance at DePaul University, and four (4) master’s degrees including a Master of Law in Intellectual Property, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management.
